Faiyaz Shahpurwala oversees the global Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support teams at Zscaler, ensuring the delivery of consistent, measurable, and scalable value to help customers succeed in their digital transformation journeys.
Faiyaz has more than 30 years’ experience building and leading high-growth cloud security, networking, and technology organizations. His passion for growing world-class customer success teams led him to Zscaler, where he strives to ensure the highest customer satisfaction while scaling service delivery at a global scale.
Before joining Zscaler, Faiyaz was the Chief Customer and Operating Officer at Highway 9 Networks, shortly after his time at Fortanix leading data security innovation as Chief Product and Strategy Officer. Previously, he served as VP and General Manager for IBM Cloud Platform, overseeing data centers in 19 countries and delivering Watson, blockchain, and IoT cloud services around the globe.
Faiyaz also spent more than two decades at Cisco, where he led the expansion of Cisco’s inter-cloud infrastructure and played a key role in developing the company’s multibillion-dollar Advanced Services business. His contributions fueled innovations in IoT, smart and connected communities, and cloud-converged infrastructures.
